    5)         The disc cutter ring and the cutter body assembly process using thermal sleeve.

    7)         Cutters assembly in dust-free environment.

     

    8)         Ultrasonic testing to ensure that no cracks on the tool parts.

     Based on the mold steel 4Cr5MoSiV1 (H13) add carbon content and rare element, successfully developed EST-XGRM steel.
