At present, Sinohydro Bureau 14 Co., Ltd send good news that it has gained 3 water conservancy projects with an amount of more than 5 billion RMB. Sinohydro Bureau 14 Co., Ltd won the 2 bids in the Beibu Gulf Rim water resources allocation projects. On February 16, the company and Powerchina Eco-environmental Group Co.,Ltd. jointly won the bid for the construction of A7 water resources allocation project in Guangdong around Sinohydro Bureau 14 Co., Ltd, with a construction period of 90 months and a contract amount of 1.634 billion RMB. On February 21, the company won the bid for the construction of Guangdong water resources project around the Beibu Gulf Rim, with a construction period of 75 months and a contract amount of 2.304 billion yuan.

 

The A7 section is a part of the Xijiang Water Intake~Gaozhou Reservoir Section Trunk Line (referred to as the Xi-Gao Trunk Line), with a water diversion flow of 110 square meters per second, and the gravity-fed, self-flowing, unpressurised water transmission method is adopted.. The starting point of this section is Wangtongao Village, Dongzhen Town, Xinyi City. And the line is arranged from northwest to southeast, entering to the Gaozhou Reservoir. The tunnel is 17.7 kilometers, adopting 1 TBM and drilling and blasting method. And the tunnel section type is a circular section with an inner diameter of 8.1/8.2meters, and a large tide construction branch is provided in the cave section. The Xi-Gao Section Crossing Project is about 0.08 kilometers long, consisting of the Yunkaishan Tunnel Exit Maintenance Gate and the Yunkaishan Drainage Pump Station, and it is constructed by the open-cut method.

 

Lot B4 is located in the Gaohe trunk line, including part of the Hejiang inverted siphon and the Nali tunnel and the open channel section of the Hedi water outlet, with a water diversion flow of 70 square meters per second. The Hejiang inverted siphon adopts pressurised water transmission method. The Nali Tunnel adopts the gravity flow unpressurised water transmission method. The starting point of this tender section is tentatively set to the north side of Tangkou Village, Hejiang Town, and the line is arranged from northeast to southwest to the west side of Qingshan Village Committee of Zhongdong Town, Huazhou City. The tunneling is mainly carried out by double shield TBM, earth pressure shield and drill and blast method. Tunnel section type is a circular section with an internal diameter of 6.9/7.1/7.3/8.2m. Three construction and maintenance branch caverns are installed in the cave section: Tangkou Branch, Heping Branch and Zhongdong Branch.

The Guangdong Water Resources Allocation Project around Beibu Gulf Rim is the backbone project of the national water network and one of the 150 major national water conservancy projects, and is a major water conservancy and livelihood project with the largest water diversion flow, the longest water transmission line, the most complex construction conditions and the largest total investment in Guangdong Province so far. After the completion of the project, it can solve the problem of mismatch between the carrying capacity of water resources and the layout of economic development in western Guangdong in the long run, and greatly improve the security capacity of regional water supply.
