Shenzhen South of Pinghu to Yantian Port Railway Renovation Project Civil Construction Tender Plan Announcement

On February 21, Shenzhen south of Pinghu to Yantian Port railway renovation project civil construction tender plan was released. The project is divided into 1-5 sections and the expected bidding time is 2023-03-23 to 2023-05-22.

Civil engineering 1 Mark: The starting point of the tender section is from south of Pinghu Bianzu Station to the entrance section of Henggang Tunnel, about 6.53km. The project includes South Pinghu Renovation Project, Section Roadbed Engineering and Bridge Engineering. The bidding estimate was 391,384,750 RMB;

 

Civil engineering 2 Mark: The starting point of the tender section is the entrance of Henggang Tunnel to the Liuyuo shaft (inclusive), which is about 3.09km. The main contents are the tunnel entrance open-cut section, the entrance to the Liuyuo shaft shield section and the Liuyuo shaft. The length of the entrance open-cut section is 514m and adopts a rectangular frame structure. The length of the shield section is 2546m, and it is double-hole single-line arrangement. The outer diameter of the segment is 8.8m; the inner diameter is 8.0m; the thickness is 0.4m; the ring width is 1.8m. It is planned to use two sets of Φ9.13m EPB shields from the entrance open section to the Liuyuo shaft, and the construction period of the shield section is about 36.5 months. The length of the Liuyo shaft is 15m. The excavation depth of the foundation pit is about 52m. The hanging foot wall enclosure structure is adopted. The non-bedrock section adopts the ground wall. The bedrock section adopts jet concrete and anchor. The operation period is used as an access port. The bidding estimate is 1,013,620,060 RMB;

 

Civil engineering 3 Mark: The starting point of the tender section is the Liuyuo shaft to Anliang inclined well +1 km section, about 4.98km. It is mainly the shield section from Liuyo shaft to Anliang inclined shaft + 1km mine tunnel. The shield section from Liuyo shaft to Anliang inclined well is 4295m long, continuously passing through Tangkengbei Reservoir, Niushiwo Reservoir and Xiaxifengao Reservoir, with multiple faults developed in the section, karst development near the Xikeng stockpile of Pingyan Railway. There are many weathered deep troughs, and the engineering and hydrogeological conditions are complex. The tunnel adopts a double-hole single-line arrangement. The outer diameter of the segment is 8.8m; the inner diameter is 8.0m, the thickness is 0.4m; the ring width is 1.8m. It is planned to use two sets of Φ9.13m slurry/TBM dual-mode shield from Anliang inclined well to be transported into the hole after assembly and starting to be hoisted out of the Liuyuo shaft. This section is a full-line construction period control project, with a total construction period of 39.1 months. The bidding estimate is 1,123,669,328 RMB;

Civil engineering 4 Mark: The starting point of the tender section is Anliang inclined shaft +1km main line tunnel to the exit of Henggang tunnel, about 5.41km. It is a continuous cross-ridge section. The tunnel is mainly located in slightly weathered granite, using the mine method construction. The bidding estimate is 593,825,539 RMB;

Civil construction 5 Mark: The starting point of the tender section is the exit of Henggang Tunnel at the beginning to the end of Zhonggang District; the branch tunnel is the exit to the end of Donggang District Station, with a total length of about 4.96km. It includes section roadbed works and port station works. The bidding estimate is 474,480,228 RMB.

 

Shenzhen South of Pinghu to Yantian Port Railway Reconstruction Project is located in Shenzhen. The line starts from Longgang District Pinghu South Station, along the line through Longgang District, Yantian District to Yantian Port Zhonggang District Station and Donggang District Station. The total length of the reconstruction project line is 19.755km.
